With the Durango 6, Koch pays tribute to the purest form of tube amplification: the single-ended design that served as the model for the famous American "Tweed" sound of the 1950s.
The Durango 6 marks a milestone in Koch history. It's the brand's first single-ended amp to combine the iconic 6V6 power tube with a 10" Jensen Falcon loudspeaker and a physical spring reverb cabinet.
With this configuration, the brand captures that rich, sought-after harmonic compression made famous by the small studio amps of yesteryear, but engineered with the precision of today.
- Pure saturation: With 6 watts of pure Class-A power, the amp responds instantly to your touch. Switch to 2 Watts for deep tube saturation at home-grown volume.
