John Suhr has been building highly modified Classic S guitars for legendary award winning Jazz and Blues guitarist Scott Henderson since 1991. When John started Suhr Guitars twenty years ago, Scott was his first endorser. After building a number of iterations over the years, John and Scott have honed Scott’s particular guitar specs to what they are today and now we are making Scott’s Signature guitar available to everyone.
This SUHR Scott Henderson Classic S 01-SIG-0009 solid body electric guitar features lightweight two pieces Alder body, roasted Maple neck, indian Rosewood fretboard with 22 nickel jumbo frets, Suhr V63+,pickups with Alnico 5 “Special” magnets, SSCII Silent Single Coil passive system that offers traditional single coil tone without the 60 cycle hum and customized Fender traditional tremolo with thicker and shorter steel arm, bigger six mounting screw holes, specially installed mounting screws in a way that makes the bridge stay exceptionally in tune.
Made in USA, Suhr Deluxe case included.
