. With the SG Supreme, Gibson elevates this classic platform into a premium instrument that blends cutting-edge performance with eye-catchivisual sophistication.
At its core, the SG Supreme combines a plain maple top with a mahogany body, presented without a pickguard for a smooth, contemporary look. The mahogany neck has an ebony fretboard with a compound radius, 24 medium jumbo frets, and Super Split Block mother-of-pearl inlays.
The Burstbucker Pro and Burstbucker Pro + pickups are paired with push/pull volume controls for coil tapping, along with individual tone controls.
The beautiful finish - elegantly highlighted with gold hardware and headstock adorned with a striking mother-of-pearl "Chandelier Inlay" inspired by a design from the 1940s that was discovered in the Gibson archives - makes this GIBSON USA Modern Collection SG Supreme (SGSUP00EBGH1) solid body electric guitar not only a great-sounding and highly flexible instrument but also an exceptionally beautiful-looking modern rock machine.
A hardshell case is also included.
